Top Shelf Cuisine & Cocktails is owned and operated by Oklahoma City native and entrepreneur Haley Ritter. Haley has been in the food, wine, and service industry for over 15 years, many of those years spent working behind the bar sharpening her bartending skills. Haley is an award-winning, top-level mixologist with a deep passion for serving others. She thrives in providing the best experience for her customers, and her dedication is second to none. This dedication has propelled Top Shelf Cuisine & Cocktails to become Oklahoma City’s premier mobile bartending and gourmet catering service providing top-notch experiences, ensuring all brides, venues, party planners, and event organizers can entrust their most special and important events to Haley and the staff at Top Shelf.


Haley is newly-wed to husband David Brakefield, and mom to her amazing kids/bonus kids aged 14, 22, and 25 years old. Haley is also a proud dog-mom to her pups, Daisy and Dax. She is a dedicated athlete participating in a variety of sports, including stand-up paddleboarding, competitive running, and cycling classes.
